* Options: biasing module for work function measurement   In addition to the regular XPS measurement and MAGCIS ion gun, the Nexsa system also equips with UPS (ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy), ISS (ion scattering spectroscopy) and REELS (reflection electron energy loss spectroscopy) capabilities.
