A Newport InSight DeepSee femtosecond laser with a tunable output beam from 680-1300 nm and a fixed output beam of 1040 nm is coupled through a Newport SF-TRU box to a Leica SP5 laser scanning microscope with a Becker and Hickle time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) GaAsP detector enabling a variety of multiphoton imaging modalities such as second harmonic generation (SHG), third harmonic generation (THG), two photon fluorescence (TPF), time resolved multiphoton photoluminescence (TRPL), fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM), Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman (CARS) Microscopy, transient reflection microscopy, and transient absorption microscopy.
