The Zeiss Xradia Versa 620 X-ray Microscope produces high-resolution three-dimensional images of biological, biomedical, minerals, fossils and electronic component materials with spatial resolution down to 500 nm. The X-ray cabinet accommodates specimens up to 8 inch in diameter maximum cross section. The system is equipped with an open source transmission tungsten target X-ray tube with maximum power up to 25 Watts. A few other key features include Scout-and-Scan, Scout-and-Zoom, Vertical Stich, XRM Python API, Automated 12 Filters Changer, 6MP Flat Panel Extension (3072 X 1944), Ultrahigh Resolution 20X/40X Detector, High Aspect Ratio Tomography, Dual Scan Contrast Visualizer, Wide Field Mode (0.4X and 4X), Zeiss LabDCT for diffraction contrast tomography, In Situ heating/cooling/tension/compression stage. The system also include s of two 64-bits workstations and ORS Dragonfly Pro software for 3D data visualization and analysis.
